I am Harrah’s Total Rewards® customer, what will happen to my Tier Score® and Rewards Credits®?
Answer: Good news! You will keep your Tier Status and Reward Credit balances within the Total Rewards network. Hollywood Casino St. Louis will match your available Harrah's St. Louis Reward Credit® balance on Friday, November 2, 2012. Your balance will be available within 72 hours.
Your points will not expire during the transition and can still be used at any of more than 40 Total Rewards casinos and resorts nationwide before, during and after the completion of the transition.
How much longer can I earn Rewards Credits toward my Total Rewards membership at Harrah's St. Louis?
Answer: You will continue to earn Tier Credits and Reward Credits until the final transition of the property to Penn National Gaming, at which point you will begin to earn rewards in the Marquee Rewards program.
How long can I redeem my comps at Harrah's?
Answer: You can continue to redeem your Reward Credits for comps at Harrah’s St. Louis or any other Total Rewards property up to the final transition. You can also redeem your comps at any Total Rewards property for a period of no fewer than six months following the transition.
To extend the validity of your Reward Credits for Total Rewards, simply earn one Reward Credit at any Caesars Entertainment property every six months or online at the Total Rewards Marketplace. Reward Credits will expire, however, when it has been more than six months since you have earned a Reward Credit.
How long do I have to use my Harrah's Fast Cash Tickets®?
Answer: All Harrah's Fast Cash Tickets® will not be valid at slot machines beginning November 2, 2012. Present your Harrah's Fast Cash Tickets® to the cage for redemption.
How long do I have to cash in my Harrah's chips?
Answer: You can cash in your Harrah's chips at Hollywood Casino St. Louis through January 31, 2013.
Do I need to cash out my Rewards Credits now or when the final transition takes place?
Answer: Absolutely not! Caesars Entertainment will continue to recognize your Tier and Reward Credit balances at over 40 Total Rewards properties nationwide. In addition, Penn National Gaming will also honor your Tier Status, as well as load the comp value of Reward Credits earned in St. Louis to your new Marquee Rewards account.
Will I continue to have a host?
Answer: Yes, you will continue to have an assigned host.
If I am a Harrah's Total Rewards customer, will my Hollywood loyalty card, Marquee Rewards come pre-loaded with points?
Answer: Hollywood Casino St. Louis will match your Tier Status and the comp value of the Reward Credits you have earned at Harrah’s St. Louis with the rollout of their Marquee Rewards program.

When and how can I get my Marquee Rewards cards as quickly as possible?
Answer: You should receive your new Marquee Rewards card in the mail before the change-over to Hollywood Casino. We're also working to set up stations at the casino to help those players who want their new Marquee Rewards card and PIN before the opening in November, pending regulatory approval.
What improvements can we expect within the new Hollywood property?
Answer: Aside from the change to the Hollywood brand, the most immediate changes include a new and improved casino floor featuring a new look and new slots.
What will happen to the restaurants at Harrah's?
Answer: At this time, there are no planned changes for any of the existing restaurants throughout the transition. All of your favorite restaurants will still be right where Caesars Entertainment left them!
Where are the other Hollywood Casino properties located?
Answer: Penn National Gaming owns and operates 20 casinos nationwide, including our Las Vegas property, The M Resort and Casino. View our other locations.
Can I earn and redeem Marquee Rewards Tier Points and comps at other Penn National Gaming locations?
Answer: Yes, Penn National Gaming is working on linking their properties to the Marquee Rewards platform. We will have more information as we get closer to the final transition date.
How do I earn trips to other Penn National Gaming properties?
Answer: The level of your play will earn you trips to our Las Vegas property, The M Resort and Casino, as well as other properties within the Penn National Gaming network.
